It offers a washer and dryer to keep your wardrobe fresh, and a cozy living area where you can sit and relax in between excursions to the lake or one of the nearby towns. Within a short distance, you can go boating, fishing, and swimming in the lake, go on a scenic drive to the village of Brant Lake or Chestertown to pick up supplies or dine out at a restaurant. Other popular outdoor activities include hiking and mountain biking in the warmer months and leaf-peeping when the weather starts to turn crisp. Things to know: Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. Full kitchen **Trash service is not available at this property. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Brant Lake/Horicon Landfill/Transfer Station on Tannery Road (go to corner of State Route 8 and Tannery Road and look for landfill sign). We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days. This property is managed by Vacasa New York LLC. Susan E. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
