Nearby is the Italian Embassy, Malecón Habanero, Embassy of Belgium and also very good restaurants and nightclubs. Its features are in the perfect place for families and people seeking privacy, security and comfort on their trip to Havana. We offer buffet breakfast with an extra price and we help in the organization of your trip. The space The Residencia Parquet is located on the ground floor of a family building. He has more than 20 years of experience in the rental business in Cuba. It has 4 large air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms in each one. The beds are King Size and one of them is full. In all bathrooms there is hot water and the basic amenities of toilet (towel, soap, toilet paper and hairdryer). All rooms have a closet, a safe and a lock on the doors. Room # 4 has a lobby and separate entrance from the house. The common areas (living room and dining room) are air conditioned. There they will be able to use the TV and an audio equipment. It has a very nice and familiar decoration, with traditional furniture from the 50s. In the kitchen will have all the necessary appliances to prepare your food if desena. For coffee lovers we have coffee and American coffee with an extra price. The refrigerator is equipped with drinks that can be consumed by the customer. And they must be paid before the end of the stay. Outside there is a beautiful garden to enjoy the summer afternoons of Cuba. They will have parking guarded by a custodian 24 hours a day. And every day there will be an employee working from 8am to 5pm to meet the needs of the client and perform the cleaning. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house.
