Located in the heart of quiet Hyde Park Village, it is 10 miles from Stowe, 19 miles from Smuggler's Notch, within walking distance of the Rail Trail, and central to many local breweries. The space Bliss Lodge is a lovingly created second floor apartment featuring 12 foot high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with retro cabinets and new countertop, tiled bathroom, and beautiful tinted plaster walls. The layout and character of the lodge has been preserved with Odd Fellow artwork and memorabilia throughout. With a mix of vintage and modern elements, it is a unique and inviting place to stay. Cozy up to the electric fireplace and get a restful night's sleep in the queen size murphy bed. Enjoy a picnic and lounge under the shade of the maple tree in the front yard. Odd Fellows Bliss Lodge was named after Ben Bliss when the building was rebuilt after a fire in 1910 - a fitting name for this remarkable spot.
