Living Room Our open concept living area is spacious & inviting with a cozy couch & loveseat, as well as a 55-inch Vizio smart tv--perfect for streaming your favorite shows & movies. We have games, books, and magazines for all ages, too. No more than 4 vehicles, no trailers, & Street parking is NOT allowed. Backyard: Covered back patio with seating for two backing up to a lush, wooded area with a access to the neighborhood walking trail and a large, unfenced yard. Please Note: There is NO SMOKING on or in the property. There will be a remediation fee if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside. Guest access You have access to the whole house except for a hallway closet & the master bathroom closet, both of which are being used for our cleaning team. Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet subdivision with neighbors & families. This is NOT a party house, and small or large gatherings are not permitted. We ask all guests to be respectful of the community & quiet hours.
