Perfect for your dream wedding stay or that relaxing family vacation. The space The master suite encompasses the entire 4th floor. Beautiful king bed, bright and comfy Twin size day bed, office area with large desk. The master bath is large and equipped with a jetted tub, and walk-in steam shower, 55’ TV above the beautiful gas fireplace. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor- one bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, cot-size day bed, 32’ tv, desk, private bath with tub shower combo and double sink vanity. The other two rooms share a gorgeous Jack n Jill bath with large walk-in steam shower and dressing area. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and 32’ TV. The other is a large bedroom facing the water that is versatile. It can be set up as a King bed, two Twin XLs or a day bed configuration making it the perfect second living room space if needed. It has a desk, 70" TV, two arcade games, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Step out onto another balcony and watch the 4th of July Fireworks from all directions. On the second floor you will find the incredible chef’s kitchen with expansive walk-in pantry, two islands, two dishwashers, double ovens, three sinks, bar area with wine fridge as well as a Keurig. There’s also a toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as large plates, small plates, bowls, flatware, coffee cups, wine glasses all enough for 10 guests. On this floor you will also find the living room with couch, fireplace, 65" TV and the dining room table with seating for 10. Water views from practically everywhere on this floor. There’s Another balcony for you to sit down and perhaps enjoy the moon sparkle off the water at night. The full moons are just magical here!! Another full bath with walk in shower finishes off this floor. On the ground floor you will find the gym as well as the two-car garage which you will have use of. There is also parking for four additional cars in the driveway if you park in tandem. We have tried to keep the decor light and minimal so as to not take away from the true masterpiece which is the view. You will find sprinkles of personal touches from our 20 years of military travel- maybe you can guess where we've been! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The only areas that are not accessible are the mechanical and storage closets which are locked. Other things to note Reserve your 2025 and 2026 dates now!! The residence features beautiful bamboo flooring, which, while aesthetically pleasing, may pose a slipping hazard. As a safety precaution, we advise wearing slippers or socks with non-slip rubber soles to reduce the risk of falls.
