The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor- one bedroom has a queen size canopy bed, cot-size day bed, 32’ tv, desk, private bath with tub shower combo and double sink vanity. The other two rooms share a gorgeous Jack n Jill bath with large walk-in steam shower and dressing area. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and 32’ TV. The other is a large bedroom facing the water that is versatile. It can be set up as a King bed, two Twin XLs or a day bed configuration making it the perfect second living room space if needed. It has a desk, 70" TV, two arcade games, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Step out onto another balcony and watch the 4th of July Fireworks from all directions. On the second floor you will find the incredible chef’s kitchen with expansive walk-in pantry, two islands, two dishwashers, double ovens, three sinks, bar area with wine fridge as well as a Keurig. There’s also a toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as large plates, small plates, bowls, flatware, coffee cups, wine glasses all enough for 10 guests. On this floor you will also find the living room with couch, fireplace, 65" TV and the dining room table with seating for 10. Water views from practically everywhere on this floor.
