It features air conditioning, ceiling fan, a 42” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a queen-size bed. 3rd floor, no elevator. (The ground floor is considered the 1st floor.) The price includes Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, and electricity. A courtesy first large bottle of water is provided. The loft measures 25 m². Parking:
The Kite Beach Condominium does not offer assigned parking spaces for the apartments. Guests can park in the condominium’s outdoor parking area or along the main street in front of the building. Keyless entry with numeric code.

Kite Beach Condo is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy an exciting sports vacation with all the comforts and the privilege of jumping straight into the water right from home! You can arrange kitesurfing, paddle boarding, surfing lessons, waterfall excursions, diving and snorkeling, scuba classes, rafting and kayaking adventures, horseback riding, whale-watching tours, fishing trips, and day excursions to other spectacular beaches. Other things to note Renting a car at the airport is neither recommended nor practical for several reasons. Driving in the Dominican Republic can be a bit challenging, as the traffic is often quite chaotic. There is always a taxi and mototaxi stop available right in front of the condominium. However, if you wish to rent a car for a trip outside Cabarete, it is possible to do so, and the vehicle will be delivered directly to the condominium.
