With the family-friendly malecon across the street from Torre Eme, you can walk in either direction enjoying incredible views and a beer at one of the many beach palapas. Centrally located you will find yourself minutes away from Olas Altas, Centro Historico & the Golden Zone. Situated in front of the 3 islands guarantees spectacular and unforgettable sunsets! The space **Not all units are created equal! Many units have small or no balcony and face the city. Scroll the photos to see exact unit! Wake up in your king size bed looking out to the ocean, drift off to sleep with the waves! Sliding door between master and living area for privacy if needed, otherwise keep open for views that just keep on going and going! Guest room with queen bed and own bathroom and balcony. Fully equipped and modern kitchen with reverse osmosis and UV system. Washer/dryer in unit. Cable, high speed internet and all utilities included. Keyless safe installed to secure passports and valuables. Be aware that being directly on the malecon, and across the street from the beach does involve music heard coming from private and rented vehicles until early am at times and music from the beachside palapas in front of the towers. Thank you! Guest access 3rd floor amenities include unheated swimming pool with patio chairs, recliners, and gym. (Sauna still closed due to Covid restrictions) Other things to note Limit of 4 guests and no children under age 12 in our unit will be enforced, 24 hour security on premises. Exceeding our maximum occupancy policy, may result in fines or cancellation of your stay, without refund! Checkout is at 11:00 am unless arrangements made at time of booking! Early checkin (before 4) also needs to be communicated at time of booking! (If you want to enter before the check-in time - 4, and/or leave after the check-out time - 11, you have to let us know when you make the reservation!). There is a $75 fee for early or late check-out as I will need to block the room that day in order to have it 100% ready for your stay or the subsequent stay. Please inform me of you arrival and departure times (and airline if flying) as soon as possible in order to best plan for your check-in. $40 replacement fee for each lost key or magnetic card!
