Come stay in our lovely home in Millsboro by Indian River, with easy access to the Delaware beaches (under 20 miles) of Bethany, Rehoboth and Lewes, as well as the Maryland beaches (under 30 miles) of Ocean City and Assateague Island, where you can see wild ponies! Want to explore the area beyond the beaches? We're just two blocks from Cupola Park, where you can launch your fishing boat, kayak or canoe. Many restaurants and stores close by. The space Enjoy our cozy one level, two bedroom home with a deck that is perfect for outdoor dining. Located on a spacious 1/4 acre lot, you can watch the sunset from the front porch or relax on the patio overlooking the lush green pines and blue hydrangea. The dining room and living room can each easily accommodate six people for dining, relaxation and conversation. The living room also has a full size sofa bed. The den has a comfy couch and smart TV, as well as a spacious desk and workspace for working from the home. Take a quick break and have some fun playing on the foosball table! Other things to note No pets allowed on the premises for allergy and safety reasons. There are local daycare facilities. There is a fire station nearby which is good for safety, though infrequent sirens can be heard.
