Nestled in private grounds on the outskirts of the market town of Cupar and just a short drive from St Andrews, the home of golf with royal connections, it is ideally located to explore the beautiful north east coastline and the perfect spot for golfers. With enough space for 12 guests, it’s also the perfect place for get togethers and celebrations with friends and family. The space Edenfield is an exceptional property offering comfortable and well presented, spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests. The large grounds (2.41 acres) boast vast gardens with plenty of space to enjoy your stay! The accommodation is arranged over two floors around an impressive central hallway and staircase. To the front of the house the two stunning reception rooms are of particular note with impressive fireplaces whilst the beautiful kitchen offers all the requirements for preparing meals for a large number of people as well as enjoying breakfast together. The cosy snug with wood burning stove, beautiful conservatory, laundry, larder and quirky downstairs WC and boot room completes the ground floor. Upstairs there are six bedrooms as well as two modern bathrooms. There are 2 smart televisions in the property, one in the snug and one in the larger reception room. Both have Sky tv including sky sports and BT sport. Guest access The grounds are completely private and provide ample on site parking. It is situated close to Cupar town which provides train access to all major cities including Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee. Other things to note In addition to the house, located opposite the rear entrance of the house, is a quaint bar, recently built in one of the out buildings - a fantastic way to entertain! There is a trampoline, football goals and a tyre swing for the little ones. New for summer 2024 will be a golf practice area! A new outdoor entertaining space is now available including dining table, sun loungers and hot tub.
