Your family will be close to everything with the entire house to yourselves. This is a one-level single family home. It is a short 15 minute drive from Salt Lake Airport with plenty of shopping just minutes away and only a 20 minute drive to downtown. There are also 5+ ski resorts within a 45 minute drive and many great hiking trails even closer. Whether you are coming for an outdoor adventure (there are lots to be had!), to see family, or a concert/entertainment, this is the house for you! The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a game room. The master bedroom features a queen bed and master bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom. Enjoy a movie or stream your favorite show in the Livingroom on the 55" ROKU TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and basics like salt and pepper. It also has a coffee maker - BYOC (bring your own coffee). Relax in the game room with a nice game of ping pong. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property including the house and yard. The garage is the only off limits space. There is enough space for 2 cars in the driveway. On-street parking is not recommended as it's a busy street. City ordinances do not allow parking within 5 feet of any driveway. Other things to note This house has been updated with new flooring, counter tops, furniture etc, but is quite old and still has that old house charm (read - this house has some older looking features such as a window that was boarded and painted over in the kitchen when the game room was added, a few cracks here and there and other eye sores that make it look "charmingly old"). No pets or smoking allowed. No parties or events. There are neighbors on all sides. County regulations stipulate quiet time from 10pm - 7am.
