Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The space Fylde Cottage is one of two accommodations operated by Erskine Vacation Escape a professional host. The accommodation is based in a prime location near Cafes, restaurants, Pizza shops, and many more amenities. The Blackpool attractions can be reached by Tram or via local taxis if you don’t have your own Transport. The price is based on 12 people sharing. Please note that you can make a request to book both properties as they are next to each other. The space Fylde Cottage consists of 3 double bedrooms. The Master bedroom is situated downstairs and has a standing Quadrant shower. The WC is opposite the master bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have 2 x double beds. These rooms can sleep up to 4 people respectively. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen and is suitable to prepare meals as a group. The sitting room has a 65’’ smart TV and has Netflix, Rakuten, YouTube and Amazon Prime apps installed. Please note we don’t have an external aerial for regular TV. The Hot tub is enclosed in a shared space to the rear of the property; the space also boasts a large dining table. The rear courtyard has a bespoke BBQ grill and a tiled seated area, perfect for a social evening. The Kitchen boasts an expresso Machine that uses ground coffee or (Easy served Expresso E.S.E pods) We also provide the following: a high chair, a travel cot, and a hair dryer. We do not provide baby bedding, you would need to bare this in mind. Guest access The accommodation is self-check-in. The passcode is provided an hour prior to Check-in, to avoid guests entering the property before or during cleaning. Other things to note Please ensure you don’t block neighbours' drive/Gate and obstruct the road. This is not pet-friendly accommodation. Please note our property entrance is covered by CCTV and if you bring any pets your stay will be cancelled. We do not accept groups of people aged under 21 years old. No Parties are allowed people booking this accommodation, must be respectful of the property and the noise levels for the surrounding neighbours, especially during unsociable hours. Nota bene (NB) – Children are not allowed in the hot tub without an adult. If you suffer from any skin conditions please consult with your GP before using the hot tub. Please note that harsh chemicals are used that can or may cause burns.
