The space Renovated recently, you’ll enjoy this 3 bdrm, 2 bth home. There is an open living room with a smart TV & views of the canal. The well- stocked kitchen & large dining table allow for family dinners with ease. The huge canal front covered porch is the perfect place to unwind on our rocking chairs. Inside you'll find a King bedroom with 3 piece bath, a queen room & a bunk room that sleeps 4. INCLUDED: WIFI, high-speed Internet, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with clean, fresh linens and complete sets of towels will be available. Boat lift is accessible with the rental, but use at own risk & additional liability contracts apply. Beach bikes can be rented and delivered to the house before you arrive, some beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for your enjoyment. Other things to note We require you sign an additional contract/ liability waiver after booking. This contract is a boiler plate contract that confirms the age of renter, the guidelines for use of our property and payment/ cancellations policies. Thank you!
