With 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths it comfortably sleeps 8 guests in the main house and 4 guests in the guest house (April 4 - October 30 only). Lots of space and wonderful amenities for the whole family to enjoy! The space Pricing includes use of the main house, the guest house and up to 12 guests. If your group is 8 guests or less please send an inquiry and a quote will be provided that excludes the guest house. The guest house is not available October 30 - April 4 occupancy and pricing is for 8 guests only. PLEASE NOTE we cannot accept reservations for more that 12 guests with a max of 8 adults total. (8 in main house and 4 in guest house). NOTE: the guest house is not available between October 30 - April 4th pricing during that time reflects the main house only and a maximum of 8 guests. The outdoor amenities provide everything you need in a vacation resort style home. With an inground pool, beach, basketball net and propane fire table there is plenty to keep the whole family and extended family occupied. The expansive views from the open concept living area (new living room furniture August 2025) are mesmerizing. An updated kitchen with island overlooks the dining area and living room. With an open floor plan you can enjoy spending time with family at mealtime or enjoy dinners outside on the patio. All of your modern appliances are here including microwave, dishwasher, two sets of washer/dryer, toaster and coffee maker and outdoor grill. A secondary living room on the main floor provides a nice space to read or work (just a little). The fireplace is not to be used in the main living room. A one of a kind home that offers all the comforts of home with beachfront living and expansive outdoor space. Please note Lake Erie cam be unpredictable, the water and beach and change frequently so we cannot guarantee favorable conditions. The main house has three bedrooms, 2 full baths and a powder room. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The guest home can be added to your reservation. It is only available to guests booking the main house. It provides an additional living area with twin beds, a bedroom, full bath and kitchenette and sleeps up to 4 people. Bedroom configurations are as follows: Main House Bedroom 1 – Waterfront View with King bed, ensuite bath with steam shower, walk in closet and attached sitting room. Bedroom 2 – Waterfront View King Bed Bedroom 3 – Two sets of twin over double bunks with ensuite All bedrooms are on the second story of the home. There are two full bathrooms on the second level. Guest House - Bedroom in Living Area - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 1 - 2 Twin Beds The pool is open seasonally between May 9 - October 14 and the pool heater will be set to 80 degrees (85 in May only). Actual pool temperatures will vary based on weather conditions. Lounge by the pool or on the beach! Have a beverage around the pool or cozy up by the propane fire table in the evening. There is also a Webber BBQ for grilling. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels and beach chairs. With a private beach this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all. The beach is a mix of sand, shells and stones. This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two or three families to get away. This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Minimum rental age is 28. Reservation requests for more than 8 adults will be reviewed. Town of Fort Erie Licence No. STR-000086 and No. STR-00087 Guest access The full home and guest house is available for one reservation and cannot be booked by separate groups. Other things to note - The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight - We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always. - Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. - The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay. - When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees - Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay. - Smoking is not permitted inside - There is a propane fire table for small outdoor fires. - The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use. - Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
