In a peaceful natural environment, the property combines a 19th century winegrower's house and a 17th century dovecote, carefully renovated to accommodate up to 20 people. The Maison Vigneronne, spread over two floors, offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large convivial living space and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for group stays. The Ancien Pigeonnier has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a large living space and an equipped kitchen, offering comfort and privacy in a setting full of history. Each house also has its own private terrace. The outdoor spaces are the heart of the estate: a 1500 m² enclosed and wooded garden invites you to relax and share moments in complete tranquility. A large covered terrace of 100 m² with summer kitchen and barbecue allows you to fully enjoy outdoor meals, from morning to evening. Two swimming pools complete the experience: a large swimming pool for swimming and relaxation, as well as a pool dedicated to children, ideal for a family vacation in complete serenity. Between heritage, nature and high-end comfort, Maison Cantalauze is a place designed to meet, slow down and create unforgettable memories in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Guest access Guests have access to the entire estate in total privacy during their stay. You can freely enjoy both houses — the Maison Vigneronne and the Ancien Pigeonnier — as well as all outdoor spaces. In particular, the following are accessible: the private terraces, the large covered terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue, the enclosed and wooded garden of 1500 m² as well as the two swimming pools (a large swimming pool and a pool dedicated to children). Parking is available directly on the property. Some technical areas related to the vineyard may remain reserved for the use of the owners, without impacting your peace or privacy. The rest of the estate is entirely at your disposal to fully enjoy the stay in a quiet and natural setting.
