The space You'll love... - One tastefully decorated bedroom with 2 beds (1 queen and 1 queen pull-out sofa in the living room) - Living room's wood-burning fireplace for toasty evenings in - Private patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ (propane's on us!) - Full kitchen and a bathroom, each stocked with essentials - Unlimited high-speed internet and premium cable package - Access to the complex's year-round indoor pool & hot tub, rec centre (with ping pong and foosball tables), indoor squash courts, outdoor tennis courts/playground and a fitness centre/gym. Living Room The living room features a 51" big-screen TV connected to a Roku Stick allowing you to log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Use the wood-burning fireplace to help set the mood in the evenings. The sofa also turns into a fold-out queen-sized bed which can sleep 2 people comfortably. There is also a selection of board games for your pleasure. Kitchen This is a fully stocked kitchen, recently renovated with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - BBQ tongs - Complete set of knives - Coffee maker - Waffle Maker - Kitchen Aid Mixer - Food Processor - Crock Pot - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster. Included Consumables: - Coffee, tea and sugar - Salt and pepper - Ketchup, mustard, and relish - Dishwasher tabs - Paper towel. Primary Bedroom Features a luxurious queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens ensuring the perfect night's sleep. Patio Backing onto a green space and lots of comfy seating, it's the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. The grill will work great all year and comes stocked with propane. Laundry There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. Guest access Parking You will have access to a dedicated parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the main parking lot if needed. All visitors are required to place a parking pass on their vehicles for the duration of their stay. Consumables Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
