The space In light of recent events with Covid-19, we will be taking extra precautions to ensure your safety. We have an impeccable record of cleaning standards as noted with our 5-star cleanliness reviews but we will be extra diligent to wipe down all surfaces, doorknobs, remotes, and any controls that have the possibility for contamination. We are now using high-grade disinfectant cleaners to ensure the most effective removal of germs and bacteria. As always, no towels, bedsheets, or tea towels are ever re-used between renters. At Canzan Rentals, your safety is our first priority and we are doing everything we can to make your stay safe and enjoyable. In Muskoka, we can practice better social distancing and isolation with the beautiful landscapes that the region has to offer. With 4 bedrooms (queen beds), two sleeper sofas, and 2 full bathrooms this cottage easily sleeps up to 8 people. Perfect for a large family or maybe two families sharing. Fully functional and modern kitchen with fridge and freezer makes cooking a breeze. Framed by beautiful old trees, the lawn gently rolls down towards the lake and dock. The garden also features a gazebo and garden furniture. If you need to work, there is also an office space with desk and fast Wi-Fi connection. The cottage and surroundings area is perfect for families with kids and naturally pets are more than welcome too. Our cottage is pet friendly and it is the sole responsibility of the pet owner for its safety and comfort. Please do not leave dogs alone in a "new" environment as they can get anxious & might destroy cottage furniture/door's / screen door's etc. Any damages from pets will be charged from the "security/damage" deposit. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage with all the amenities such as kitchen, washer and dryer. Naturally the entire place is heated and air-conditioned and you are more than welcome to use the two fireplaces too. For entertainment and work there are TVs and full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the cottage. Please note that we are in cottage country therefore Wi-Fi signal is sometimes intermittent. Other things to note Bring your camera! As soon as you step out the door you will be in nature and whichever way you turn you are sure to have a great shot in frame. Also don’t forget to bring fishing rods, swimming gear etc. so you can take full advantage of having a clean and beautiful lake in your backyard. Its also a snowmobiler's paradise! Parking available for 2 trucks with snowmobile trailers. Tower Hill Marine next door with high octane gas for sleds. Trail D 101B runs right in front of the cottage & the locals ride the lake to get to the trail.
