Kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker ,microwave, toaster and basic dishes and glasses. Well lit, newly renovated. Dog friendly. Comfortable and relaxing getaway for two! Pet & firewood fees apply The space Private space across a beautiful well lit foot bridge with views of the pond. 1 bedroom and en-suite bath with walk in shower. Bright and open living room with dining and kitchenette. Comfortable and updated furnishings Guest access There is 1 parking space to the right when pulling into the driveway. Guest has access to the footbridge, entire cottage, full laundry room and property on that side of the pond including fire-pit with 2 Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill with charcoal provided. Other things to note PETS: This home is friendly to ONLY dogs with a paid pet fee. No cats or other animals. We provide a pet basket with 2 dishes, a leash, waste bags and sheets to cover furniture, even a special treat for your fur baby! For guests with service dogs please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking as a courtesy. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards.
