Mama Bear’s Cottage, Pond,Firepit & Great Wifi

A small cottage overlooking a pond and only a 3 mile drive to downtown Highlands which houses Old Edwards Inn, amazing restaurants and fabulous shopping! While not walk able due to there being no sidewalks, it's an incredibly short ride to town. Completely renovated, this space is complete with heat and air conditioning, featuring a living area with Wi-Fi, a streaming tv and a DVD player, the kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and sink(no oven or stove), and a bedroom with a bathroom hosting a tiled walk-in shower. In a unit attached to the cottage and reachable in just a few steps outside and down the front of the building is a room with a washer and dryer. Outside you can find seating for two around the fire pit! Guests are more than welcome to bring their own supplies for toasting marshmallows or we can also provide a load of firewood and materials for $85(not including taxes). During the day guests can also enjoy watching the lily pads, frogs and tadpoles in the pond. The cottage's parking and trash cans are shared with the main house but the parking area is very large and the cottage itself is separated from the main home by the pond and a footbridge with a gate between the two home's fire pit areas. Guests have access to the entire area, except for the backyard of the main house. The large property has 3 homes. The only thing they share is the driveway.
