PRIVATE OUTDOOR PATIO & GARDEN Your breakfast patio opens to our small flower garden, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Depending on the season, you'll see butterflies and hummingbirds — and may find ripe blueberries and figs growing on the property. We welcome you to pick and enjoy! LARGE OPEN LIVING ROOM The large living room is perfect for sitting and relaxing, whether catching up with friends and loved ones or kicking back to watching a movie on the large smart TV (no cable, but it's got all the apps). Find a selection of books and games if you'd prefer to have an analogue evening or relaxation or laughter. The couches are super comfortable (filled with down) - and the large windows bring in natural light and views of the nearby trees. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home with pots and pans, utensils, and even basics like olive oil, salt and pepper, and basic spices. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and even bakeware. COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE & TEA Find a selection of teas and complimentary coffee for your enjoyment. We have a drip coffee maker as well as pour over materials so you can make morning coffee two ways. We also provide sugar and powdered creamer. DINING AREA Seating for 4 in the dining area, which sits between the kitchen and living spaces. BEDROOM The bedroom suite has a cozy queen-size bed with a pillowtop mattress. BATHROOM The bathroom has a spacious, tiled walk-in shower. We provide complimentary toiletries for you, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. DEDICATED WORKSPACE The space features a desk with smart light by LumiCharge for those who work from home or need to get some work done on their stay. FREE PARKING The apartment has its own driveway and entrance. Note: the driveway is gravel and connects to the street at an odd angle. Best to take a wide approach! Lyft and Uber are easily accessible from the house. There is an attached house upstairs that is also a vacation rental. There is potential for noise from above. We do provide a noise machine, and for those who want them, ear plugs. We have quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends. This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property.
