Central Air! The space When you first arrive, you will put in your personal access code where you will enter the bonus room. The bonus room has a gorgeous view of Lake Tapps, a commercial grade pool table, a comfortable couch with a pull-out bed and a large 80" television. (Perfect for movie night!) Off of the bonus room you will see the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer and a half bathroom. You will then enter the light and bright kitchen with white cabinetry and white granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare your meals. Pots and pans and spices. There are two stools to sit at the kitchen counter. The dining area has a counter height dining table and chairs that will seat 6. With the dining table and the countertop bar seating you will be able to seat 8 total. The kitchen and dining area have an open view into the living room and the gorgeous lake views. The living room has a beautiful view of Lake Tapps with a leather sectional couch, two casual chairs, nesting coffee table and a 65" television mounted above the electric fireplace to enjoy an ambient fire. Down the hall you will access a light and bright full bathroom, and 3 cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen size bed and beautifully refinished hardwood floors. Each room is uniquely decorated and warm and comfortable. We only use 100% cotton sheets. Bedrooms number 2 and 3 have views of the lake while bedroom number 1 has a view of the backyard. Each bedroom is equipped with dark out shades for those that like to sleep in. The light and bright bathroom has tile flooring and has a deep soaking tub and shower. We supply bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels in the closet closest to the bathroom. There is another closet in this hall that has board games and a first aid kit for your use. The back yard has a grassy area with pretty plants and a cute apple tree that deer love to come and eat the apples in the summer time. There is a patio area with patio table, sun umbrella, outdoor chairs, a gas BBQ grill, a grassy area with flower beds, and a corn hole game. The lake side of the house has a grassy area with flower garden beds and Adirondack chairs for viewing the lake activities. To access the lake, you will walk to Allan Yorke Park (which is just one block away.) The park has a swimming area, playground and park for children, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals, beach volleyball area, snack shack, baseball fields, and more! If you decide to bring a boat or jet ski there is plenty of room to park your truck and trailer at this house. To drop your boat in the lake visit the website for Pierce county and search North Lake Tapps Park for information and reservations to launch your boat. Access to the lake is just a quick walk down the road to Allan Yorke Park. There are two locked closets in the home that are used by the owners. Besides those 2 locked closets you will have access to use the entire space. Other things to note To access the lake you will walk one block down to Allan Yorke Park where you can swim in the swimming area.
