The lodge comes complete with fishing rights for the River Devon which is well stocked with trout, and also prime site to witness the annual spectacle of salmon returning to their breeding grounds via the weir some 100 yards upstream from the lodge, normally around October. The area also has an abundance of golf courses within a 15-minute drive and is only 15 miles from the incomparable Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resort. The village itself provides every amenity required from pubs and a restaurant, to a delicatessen and shops, and is only a 10-minute walk from the lodge. The lodge is presented to the highest standard throughout and comprises a large spacious living/dining area and a large kitchen fully equipped with every possible requirement catered for. There are two bedrooms including the principle bedroom which has a kingsize double with en-suite, whilst the second bedroom is fitted as a twin. The bathroom comes with both a bath and shower. The large decking area has a barbecue, sun loungers and seating with coffee tables.
