Guest access The entire house and four acre property is exclusively yours during your stay! The Estate is a 4000 square foot house in the north end of Barrie on a completely private 4-acre lot with no immediate neighbours. The house consists of three separate suites that are all connected by a covered deck and interlock patio at the rear of the home. The central suite features the chef's kitchen, main floor laundry, 2 full washrooms - one with a glass stand-up shower and a spa-sized soaker tub, an open concept kitchen/living/dining area and 3 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 10 people. 2 bedrooms have king size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a custom-built wood queen-over-king bunk bed, and the living room features a massive sectional sleeper sofa. The open concept kitchen/dining room accommodates up to 12 guests to dine together. The secondary suite features a fully stocked kitchen, a full washroom with a shower/tub combo, a spacious living room and 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 people. Each bedroom has a king size bed, and the private lower-level living room features another gigantic sectional sleeper sofa. Across from the kitchen you will find a custom dining banquette that seats 8-10 guests. Downstairs, you will find another laundry space, an additional full-size fridge, and a giant mudroom for luggage, sports equipment, or whatever else you may need to store during your stay. The third suite is a private master suite with a king size bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom featuring a tiled stand up shower. This suite walks out to a huge open-air cedar deck. Outdoors features the covered cedar deck with a gas fire table as well as a wood burning fire pit under a covered gazebo on a large interlock patio. All of this faces a 2+ acre private treed-in backyard. This house offers the perfect balance of spaces to gather and celebrate as well as spaces to retreat for privacy. Other things to note Our space is a family home and not a hotel or event venue. We are not accommodating to rowdy gatherings or parties, and any such partying will result in immediate termination of your booking.
