Plan your escape to our spacious & cozy 5-bedroom log cabin, close to Wisp Resort, Deep Creek Lake, Fantasy Valley Golf Course, & Mountain State Brewing Company. The space - Bedroom #1 (upper level): king bed and a twin day bed with a trundle, its own full bathroom, and a skylight window above the bed - Bedroom #2 (main level): queen bed and a full bathroom shared with the common area - Bedroom #3 (main level): king bed, its own full bathroom, skylight window above bed, lots of space to relax, and a door to back deck - Bedroom #4 (main level towards back of house): queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom - Bedroom #5 (main level towards back of house): bunk bed that is twin over queen - Kitchen: 10-seat dining table, 4-seat island - Living Room: 65-inch TV, Fireplace, spacious - Game Room: Pool table, TV, arcade, small round table to play board games Air conditioning is only provided in the upstairs bedroom - all other bedrooms and living and dining rooms have ceiling fans. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 11am. We do not accept booking requests from guests with no reviews or negative reviews. Sorry! Other things to note Due to local HOA regulations, you must be 25 years of age or older to book. Names and ages of all guests will be required prior to arrival. House Rules: 1. No parties/events allowed. 2. No pets allowed. 3. Maximum home occupancy of 12 people includes daytime guests. 4. No smoking allowed inside or on the deck (marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.). 5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 6. No unregistered guests allowed.  Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property or if there is a hint of smoke in the air. If you would like a party site, find another place. We also ask that you please: 1. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.  2. Respect the noise curfew.  3. Respect check-in and check-out times.  4. Take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.  5. Don’t rearrange the furniture. 6. Follow check-out instructions. What’s Provided: - Sheets, pillow cases, towels (1 bath towel & washcloth per person and 1 hand towel per bathroom) - Fully equipped kitchen: drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, measuring spoons, slow cooker, cutting board, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glassware - Staple items: salt, pepper, sugar - One Pack and Play (bring your own sheet) - One High Chair - Small First Aid Kit - A hair dryer - Starter Kit: Small container of dish soap, 2 dishwasher detergent pods, starter toilet paper, 2 laundry detergent pacs, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag in all trash cans, one extra kitchen trash bag, liquid hand soap in all bathrooms, one travel size shampoo per bathroom. What to bring to supplement starter kit: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Garbage bags - Aluminum foil/baking sheets - Plastic wraps - Dish detergent - Toiletry items (hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) - Condiments - Foods/drinks you want to cook/eat - Firewood for fire pit - Beach/Lake towels, chairs, etc.
