Sky Ella Riverfront Casita sits across the street from the river and in-between two residential river launches. In under 5 miles you will be at the bridge crossing to Laughlin, Nevada. Guest Casita is the entire downstairs of our home, and completely separate from the upstairs. With 650 square feel of living space, it includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that has a shower stall- NO TUB! This casita accommodates 4 guests comfortably, but we allow up to 6 guests. Nightly rates are based on 4 guests. There is a nightly additional fee for guests 5 & 6. Futon in living room is super comfortable to sleep 2 adults. Absolutely No Smoking or Pets allowed! For extended stay guests, we give access to garage for laundry use. Guests will enter Casita from its patio to entrance. Door handle has keypad with unique code per reservation that expires after checkout. Lots of space to park vehicle and watercraft.
