3 br Capitola Village with Parking

One of the few 3br homes a few blocks from the beach, shops or restaurants in Capitola Village! Rare late check out of 5pm offered when no one is checking in after you! It is set up with high speed internet and to load up the beach cart to walk to the beach! When you add two parking spaces and outdoor seating with a gas grill it makes this a perfect getaway. Pet friendly, up to two pets welcome! The space The house is historic, so the stairs leading up to the second floor are quite steep. Please use the handrail when walking up the stairs. This is in the village so there may be some street noise. The heater is located in the downstairs living room and there are space heaters in each bedroom. Please note all of the heaters do get hot when on, including the living room wall heater, so do not touch the heaters when in use. Other things to note Capitola requires a 12% tax on all rentals less than 30 days. This 12% will be added to your total payment. We will collect this 12% in addition to the pet fee one week before your stay. Pet fee is $200 per stay.
