Detached house Bournemouth - SPA, parking, garden

Independent 4 bedrooms house for 12/14 people max, with free parking, massive garden, spa in a garden shed with transparent roof. The house is 8/10min by car to Bournemouth sandy beaches.. Large back garden, front pavements for 2 normal cars. The all area is parking free (no permit and no ticket) and easy to find spaces. Hen events or birthday events are authorised as long as the neighbours are respected. Ps: all pictures updated august 2025, last painted june25, new shed transparenroof 2025 The space IMPORTANT to note that this house has a price per person checkingin. If more people do enter the property than on your booking, you will be overcharged by airbnb and us. Please avoid unnecessary nightmare and do not try to cheat. Please be respectfull of the airbnb and house rules. The house will be ready only for the number of people on your booking. Make sure it is correct. Thanks a lot. Independent check-in and check-out. Safe-box near the front door. Code is sent 15/30 minutes before check-in time when the cleaning team is out. Please note that checkout is at 10am and check-in is 3pm. The team really needs 5 hours to prepare everything in this large villa, and therefore early checkin or late checkout are impossible (sorry). Just to clarify the bedding aspect: 1) upstairs large double bedroom with a double size bed (2people). 2) upstairs single bedroom with a single bed (1 people). 3) upstairs large double bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (4 people). 4) downstairs large double bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and 1 single bed (so 5people). 5) downstairs living room with a sofa bed (2people). So in total 14 people can sleep max. I confim that upstairs we have 2 bathrooms (in one you have a shower and a toilet; in the second one you have a bath/shower and a toilet). Please check all fotos and descriptions. They are really accurate. We do repaint the house every quarter. As the house is always full, we have cleaning team of 3 people two or three times per week in the house. My brother ben is local and can come over in case of emergency (normal hours). Thanks and looking forward RESPECT of neighbours night times please: 1) Spa should not be used night-times (between 9pm to 8am). Please respect the rules and the law as neighbours can complain. 2) No Parties allowed. No loud music inside or outside or around the house / garden. No anti-social behaviours. 3) in bournemouth, the law said “Quiet times from 9pm to 8am”. Please simply respect the neighbours as if it was your family house. Ps: we do not have any EV (electrical vehicle) station or charge point at the house. We do not allow guests to recharge their EV using a normal socket in our home. We do monitor electricity usage and we will recharge you and ask for indemnities in case of you violating this rule. Guest access You can park 2 medium cars on the front patio or one large RangeRover/SUV/pickup, and then one car on the road in front of the house. The all area and roads are all parking free (don’t block access to other houses). No parking permit needed, no parking fee. Plenty of spaces all around the house day and night. Other things to note The preparation team really needs 5 hours to prepare professionally this large house (cleaning team will clean and prepare beds and towels, gardener will do the outside and we have a spa professional who comes to check water between each guest). However it is important to understand that when the cleaning team is there between 2 group of guests, at 10.30/11am, we have a spa professional who is coming systematically to check the water and do a diagnostic with 2 outcomes: 1) either the water is still healthy (we normally change water and clean spa every 2 weeks when no one is there) and he will just add a bit of chemical products. 2) either IF the water is not healthy anymore, then he can decide to change the water completely. The downside is that also you can check-in at 3pm because the house will be fully ready and everybody will be out of the property, the spa needs a full 6 hours to warmup from 10 degrees to 36 degrees. This means you will be able to enjoy the spa at 36 degrees only at 5/6pm the day of your check-in if we had to change the water for health and safety reason that day. I will let you know when we prepare the house live that day via the airbnb platform around lunchtime if we had to change water. We place health and safety as a top priority for all our guests. We say the truth and this house is often booked by group or families of 8/10 people and sometimes we need to change water more often than we should, and that impacts the time at which you can start enjoying that feature of the house on your arrival day. Nothing we can do. But you will enjoy it at 5/6pm instead of 3pm. We decided with my wife to keep the check-in time at 3pm because you can enjoy the inside of this beautiful house, the large garden, or simply park your cars and go for a bit of shopping between your official check-in time and the moment the spa is fully warm (rather than having the check-in time at 6pm). Health and safety and honesty are our top priorities. Enjoy! CCTV system: 1) we always manually deactivate the exterior BACK-garden camera (above extension), so that you can have maximum privacy during your stay. 2) the exterior FRONT cameras (above main door and side wood door) will remain ON, for our mutual security and to avoid any potential stories. This is in accordance with the uk laws and as permitted by the platform to avoid stories between guests and host, and more importantly to avoid stories with neighbours. It is only watching the cars’ area and front entry door - all external. 3) i confirm that there is NO camera inside the house. IMPORTANT to note that this house has a price per person checkingin.
