Relax in the screened outdoor living area - a peaceful space for morning coffee or evening breezes, often with the sound of the surf in the background and hummingbirds & butterflies drifting through the garden. The space This corner property is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just 300 meters from playas del coco beach. We have two amazing outdoor spaces as well. The first patio is completely screened in so you can work, relax, workout or dance in. (disco ball available on request) The outer patio is a covered space with plenty of room to enjoy meals together (grill on property) with your family. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a Beautiful outdoor shower available for when you return from the beach. We have three separate hammocks as well on the property. Guest access A front yard with hammocks and garden available for relaxation. A large shared backyard (with Casita Claudia) a one bedroom separate unit great for other family and friends well. Other things to note We are within walking distance to playas del coco beach, local restaurants, shops, coffee shops and town. Two bicycles are on site and are available to rent. A car is not necessary in Coco. 🌿 Please note: All of our properties are professionally treated monthly for pest control. However, we are located in the lush Costa Rican tropics, and it’s not uncommon to see local wildlife such as ants, geckos (and their tiny droppings), or the occasional centipede, cockroach, or even a scorpion. While rare, scorpion stings are similar to bee stings unless you're highly allergic. Don’t be alarmed—this is part of life in the jungle, and we are in their natural habitat. 🦎✨
