This modern one bedroom, one bathroom unit is fully self contained overlooking the pool. It has its own front door access and separate access to your EXCLUSIVE USE of the pool. Located within 150 metres walking distance to beautiful Buddina Beach and 150 metres also to the Mooloolah River. It is also a kilometre from a major shopping centre with cinemas and ten minutes drive to iconic Mooloolaba. Across the road, you can walk to a choice of coffee shops and Thai restaurant The space Our guesthouse has its own separate front entrance and its own separate entrance to the pool. Our guests have EXCLUSIVE USE of the pool, pool area and day beds. Cushions are stored in the storage chest and pool umbrella stored in the pool pump shed. There is a full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine. We provide a starter pack of coffee pods, tea and basic pantry items. The sitting room overlooking the pool has comfortable leather recliners and a smart tv with Netflix. The separate laundry has a full size washing machine and mini laundry tub.
