The space It's the ideal spot for either a family beach vacation or a peaceful weekend retreat! This two-story terraced house has two bedrooms downstairs—a twin room with an ensuite and a cozy double room, along with a communal bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with fantastic views overlooking Lahinch Beach. Plus, there's a cool loft area with two single beds, perfect for extra guests or just spreading out. Just a heads up, there's no private parking here, but you'll find on-street parking nearby. Your stay will include: Free on street parking Free WIFI Fresh linen and towels Complimentary hand soap. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers. 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc) Room information: Three Bedroom House – Sleeps 6 Bedroom 1: Double Room – Double Bed (ground floor) Bedroom 2: Twin Room Ensuite – 2 single beds (ground floor) Bedroom 3: Twin Room – 2 single beds (Mezzanine Floor - 2 sets of stairs to reach this room) 2 Bathrooms: 1 Ensuite (electric shower), 1 bathroom (shower) on the ground floor. Useful information: Check in from 4pm Check-out at 10am There are late check out and check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure. Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies. All Children Welcome: Please note that we do not provide baby cots or highchairs at the property. Guests are welcome to bring their own. If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection. Important notes for all our properties: Free internet access is available, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by service providers. Compensation cannot be given for lack of TV or internet. We do not provide firewood / logs. Children and babies are welcome, but our properties are not childproof. We do not provide safety equipment like stair gates or cupboard locks. Adult supervision is essential for child safety as children do not understand danger. Toiletries are not provided for ecological reasons. Please bring your own to reduce plastic waste. Some properties allow pets, but they must not go on furniture or in bedrooms. Pet traces must be removed from the premises.
