This beautiful home is in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants, a Publix grocery store, great shopping, and many fun activities. ☆☆ IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES ☆☆ This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. No parties of any kind are allowed. There are no more than a maximum of 6 guests allowed in home at any time. All guests must comply with the noise ordinance of any outside sound not loud enough to be heard from 50 ft. away during the hours of 10pm-7am. Guest access As guests, your whole group will have private access to the entire property, including the swimming pool (heating is free!), full kitchen, washer and dryer, and more. We have a collection of beach gear for guests to use, including bikes, towels, chairs, coolers, floats, an umbrella and a cart to haul it all down to the nearby beaches. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this tropical paradise! Free parking is available in the private driveway. Other things to note Enjoy the heated pool with no charge for pool heat. We provide a starter supplies of all the essentials you will need: shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, body lotion, toothpaste, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and, of course, coffee!
