PEI tourism license # 1201211 Centrally located on the North Shore of PEI, 25 minutes to Charlottetown, Min’s to North Rustico Habour with many great restaurants. Cavendish is a 10 min drive with many attractions including Shining waters water park, Sandspit amusement park, haunted house, and laser tag just to name a few! Or stay right at home with our in-ground salt water pool equipped with a water slide & beautiful well kept property with wrap around porch’s and many cozy seating areas. The space Our home features many bedrooms and is ideal for multiple families. The top floor has a total of 5 bedrooms, the space over the garage has two rooms that could host one larger family, a separate bedroom with a Queen bed and another larger space with a King bed and double bed, this space also has its own bathroom, and Smart TV. The wing of this house is connected VIA the fully equipped laundry room with double closing doors. The other three bedrooms on the upstairs level - King, Queen, King could host another family or two and these rooms all have access to the master bathroom that has two entrances. The two downstairs bedrooms could host another family and also has access to a separate full bathroom with toilet and tub/shower combo. On the main floor of the home is an office with a twin day bed that could sleep a guest or be used for napping toddlers. There is a second seating area downstairs that has two couch’s with a Smart TV, and a toy room full of toys and games to keep the little ones busy! Happy kids = Happy parents! On the wrap around porch there are a total of four conversation areas with Adirondack chairs. An extra large picnic table and a Barbecue. The fully enclosed accessible by gate contains a 20 x 40 salt water pool, with a shallow/deep end. There is a water slide and diving board. The pool shed contains beach chairs, life jackets of all sizes, and pool toys. In close proximity to the salt water pool is a fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs. Don’t forget the marshmallows! Guest access Entire home except for the garage. Other things to note The outside of our property has almost 3 acres of groomed grass, great for flying a kite, or having soccer/baseball game. Not to mention the play structure and pool! You will never run out of things to do. Barachois Beach a hidden gem on the island is a short car ride or walk to the end of the road, then a walk through sand dunes (don’t forget your camera!) an ideal place to bring a book, some sand toys and do some shell hunting!
