Description

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy private, neighborhood beach access to Hills Pond and Sunset Lake or go play on the big lake (Winnipesaukee) in town. Hiking trails galore around and close to Gunstock mountain for winter skiing. Boat launch is available for anyone who wants to bring their own boat. New to 2022! We have two, single person kayaks for guest use.
