SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: MAIN HOUSE: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Twin Bed (Sleeps 3) Living Room: 1 Fold-out Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 1 adult) POOL HOUSE: Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps 2, NO AC, Ceiling Fan in Room, no bathroom) Game Room: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 1 adult, NO AC/NO FAN) - Fast Wifi and smart TV's equipped with Netflix - Premium comfortable mattresses - Fully equipped kitchen - Free Jacuzzi use (newly added, photos will be posted soon) Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour. Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details. 24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. Guest access Keypad entry and guests will have private access to the entire property. Other things to note Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it. Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk. For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur. We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines — failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund. We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape. Pool service is every Thursday. Garden service takes place every Thursday. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please. To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
