Stay in this new townhome conveniently located in southern Sioux Falls. The main floor consists of an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with new 55” smart TV, as well as a spacious master bedroom. The laundry room is located off the kitchen. The upstairs has 2 more bedrooms and a TV loft area that doubles as an extra sleeping area. This modern home is situated within a couple miles of restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the interstate. The space The primary suite offers a king size bed , mounted TV and a full bath including double vanity sinks. The main floor also offers a second half bath and laundry room, living room , dining area, and kitchen. The upper floor includes two bedrooms and second loft living room area. One bedroom on this floor includes a queen size bed with TV and the other bedroom includes two twin sized beds and a TV playroom area. The upstairs loft area offers a very comfy full size air bed. The second floor includes a full bathroom as well. Guest access You will have access to the entire townhome and 2 car garage, and the back yard. Other things to note Please do not park on the neighboring townhouses driveway. You will be sent check in instructions shortly before checking in. There are toys, games, a badminton set, and telescope for entertainment. Most visits you will find the basics in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper, oil and coffee. Late check out fee $50 based on availability. Extra guest fee $125, enforced.
