While you do share a property with the River Bluff Manor House, the lawn in front of your cottage is all yours to enjoy! But please, do not park on the grass at any time. There is a hose by the garden arch that is shared between the cottage and the manor house so you can rinse off your body and stuff after your awesome trip to the beach!! We are available by text or phone, as needed. This neighborhood has a peaceful and quiet street with gorgeous river front homes and streets lined with live oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss. Get your camera out, because these sites are gorgeous. Across the street from the Arlington Marina, and Arlington Public Boat Launch, you can stroll on over to see the Manatee swimming or what's been caught that day by the local fishermen! Sunset from our front lawn or the dock is exquisite and should not be missed. But don't forget your bug spray, because those little "no see-ums" are tricky little buggers. As a safety precaution, Please remember that Jacksonville is still a city, so please lock your cars and doors when not inside. The rural and beautiful greenery can help you to forget you are in the country's largest city in the United States (largest in landmass). Getting around is easy whether you have a car or not. Uber and Lyft are always ready to pick you up. The roads are laid out extremely well and easy to navigate. Take any of the major Boulevards due east, Atlantic, Beach, Butler, and you will find yourself at the Atlantic Ocean!! Head on over one of our five bridges and you will find yourself sitting in downtown Jacksonville within 5 minutes. Great food, craft ales, festivals, museums, sporting events, and theatrical or symphonic events await you! Other things to note: Sorry, Absolutely No pets allowed unless they are ADA credentialed please. Also, Absolutely No smoking of any kind is allowed in the cottage or on the porch, to include, but not limited to, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, clove cigarettes, bongs, hookah's, etc... Parties of more than 6 people are not allowed. Parking is available in the driveway and will fit 2 cars comfortably.
