Please note: Another home is located on this property for Air BNB rental but it is far enough away that guests have their privacy. This space is an adorable stand alone cottage. A two story 800 square foot Studio with a Queen Bed, 1.5 bathroom, kitchen & dining area includes an open loft (no door) via spiral staircase (2 twin beds, sitting area and tv) with views of the St Johns River River. FAST Internet and cable TV too! Fully equipped kitchen to meet all your basic needs to include a microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. There is a hose by the garden arch that is shared between the cottage and the manor house so you can rinse off your body and stuff after your awesome trip to the beach!! Other things to note Other things to note: Sorry, Absolutely No pets allowed unless they are ADA credentialed please. Also, Absolutely No smoking of any kind is allowed in the cottage or on the porch, to include, but not limited to, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, clove cigarettes, bongs, hookah's, etc... Parties of more than 6 people are not allowed. Parking is available in the driveway and will fit 2 cars comfortably.
