Sa Pobla, in the centre-north of Mallorca, offers many services such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Every Sunday there is the famous street market where you can buy fruits and vegetables from the farmers. In 10-15 minutes by car you reach Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, both with fine sandy beaches. It is recommended to visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença. A car is necessary. The house stands out for the beautiful exteriors, including the private chlorine pool with a size of 8 x 4 meters. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, sunshades and a garden with palm trees. The garden equipment includes a mobile barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the first floor of the house there is another furnished terrace with views of the countryside. The rooms of the house are bright and modern, with an air-conditioned living-dining room with kitchen, free Wifi and satellite Tv. The kitchen has gas and ceramic hobs and is well equipped, including a dishwasher and a gas oven. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, are comfortable, air-conditioned and have access to a terrace. Two bathrooms with a shower, a hairdryer as well as a washing machine complete the equipment. Please note: Electricity surcharge: 0.35 Eur / kW (to be paid on the day of departure to the owner). The deposit will be held by credit card and the customer will have to provide his details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 Eur per night and person in high season and 0.55 Eur per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival. Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of Id cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
