Casa de Campo daily guest fee per person: Adults $25 The space The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms—perfect for a relaxing and carefree vacation. This spacious villa features 5 bedrooms: 3 with king beds, 1 with a queen, and 1 with two double beds—ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are cooled by mini-split AC units, which may differ from central cooling systems commonly used in the U.S. and other countries. These units cool rooms quickly—usually within a few minutes. Please remember to turn them off when leaving your room during the day. If left on by mistake, the house staff is trained to turn them off while cleaning. Driving distances: 5 minutes from the main entrance and lobby 5–7 minutes to Minitas Beach 10 minutes to the Marina 12–15 minutes to Altos de Chavón Guest access Guests have private access to the entire villa. However, if you wish to enjoy activities within the resort, please note that some may have an additional charge while others may be complimentary. The resort also offers a wide variety of exceptional dining options, including Minitas Beach Club & Restaurant, SBG, Chilango Taquería, La Caña, La Piazzetta, Lago Restaurant, La Casita, and more. Minitas Beach is Casa de Campo’s exclusive private beach, centrally located within the resort. It’s a peaceful and unspoiled setting—perfect for relaxing on a chaise lounge with a refreshing drink from the luxurious beach bar. Other things to note The villa includes a dedicated housekeeper who will meet you at the property. If you're arriving in the evening, she will leave the front door unlocked and the lights on for your arrival. Additionally, there is an on-site property manager available to assist with communication between you and the staff, or to help resolve any issues during your stay. Of course, you can always contact us directly through this platform at any time. We also offer a 6-passenger golf cart for rent. Please let us know if you're interested. We rent the cart separately from the villa to keep business operations and liability distinct. If you choose to rent it, the golf cart will be ready for you at check-in. Before your arrival, please send a photo of the passport for each guest in your party, as well as a photo ID of your taxi driver (unless you're using our transportation service). This information is required to arrange resort access. If you leave the resort for an excursion, make sure to bring your passport with you, as it is required for re-entry. Upon arrival at Casa de Campo, you'll need to register at the reception gate. I’ll pre-register your group using the passport information you’ve provided and will send you the confirmation email. Please note, the resort charges a daily fee for access to its facilities (excluding the fitness center): Adults (12+): US$25 per person, per night Children (4–12): US$12 per person, per night Children under 4: Free We recommend visiting an ATM located in the hotel lobby or the marina to withdraw Dominican pesos. While most places accept U.S. dollars, having local currency is helpful—especially for tipping. Many extra services (e.g., golf caddies, massages, drivers) operate in cash. Tips are also appreciated for basic assistance like luggage at the airport, grocery help, or setting up beach chairs. A standard tip is typically 100–200 pesos ($2–$4 USD).
