Upstairs, a second sitting room with a sofa bed provides additional sleeping or lounging space, and downstairs, the main lounge room includes leather seating, air-conditioning, and a Smart TV with river views front and centre. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee pod machine, plus a central island for easy meal prep or casual breakfast moments. Two dining areas give you flexibility - one ideal for sit-down dinners, and the other flowing through sliding doors to the outdoors, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining.
