The Four Queens Inn is a family-friendly retreat nestled in a safe, quiet Tempe neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not heated so the prime swimming months are April to September. Guest access The entire home, backyard, and laundry room are yours to enjoy during your stay. We’ve stocked the laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. To access the laundry room, step out the sliding glass door to the backyard — it’s immediately to your right. Use the key hanging inside, to the right of the sliding door, to unlock it. Please note: the hall closet and backyard shed are reserved for owner storage. Other things to note Please note there is no pool fence, so use extra caution with young children. A safety high lock is installed on the sliding glass door to the backyard for added security. Please keep the pool vacuum connected and in the water — it runs automatically on a timer, so there’s no need to adjust it. The pool is not heated, with the best swimming months from April through September. Our pool service typically visits midweek in the afternoon and enters through the back gate from the alley. They’re quick and usually done within 15–30 minutes. The pool light switch is located behind the gray half wall by the pool equipment (bottom switch). The outdoor floodlight switch is one of the three located near the kitchen trash can. Home Features We have a Ring Video Doorbell next to the kitchen door (carport entry). It operates 24/7 and faces the carport, driveway, and street for safety. The Nest Thermostat allows temperature settings between 72°F and 84°F. Grill Use: Feel free to enjoy the grill! If you use it, please give it a quick clean afterward so it's ready for the next guest. Thank you! Hot Water Note: The home uses a residential hot water system that may require brief recovery time after multiple consecutive showers.
