Welcome to our private oasis nestled within the city limits! This 4400 sqft home, 10-acre estate sleeps 10 and features a gourmet kitchen, pickleball, private 2-acre pond w/ covered dock, swimming pool, spa and fire pit. Relax in the screened patio, 2 family rooms, and a master bedroom fit for royalty. With an office and laundry, this retreat offers both luxury and convenience. The backyard is canopied under huge oak trees, resembling a beautiful park. Only 1-mile from shopping and restaurants. The space ~ We have 3 bedrooms with King-size beds ~ One bedroom with a Queen-size bed ~ Office with a Queen-size sofa sleeper, desk ~ Each room has a TV (7 TVs total) ~ 2 Large Family Rooms ~ Gourmet Kitchen equipped and ready to go ~ Laundry ~ New Pickleball Court (paddles and balls not provided); No skateboards or bikes please. ~ Swimming Pool ~ Hot Tub takes up to 45-minutes to heat. ~ Large Pond for fishing (catch and release) ~ Paddle and canoe boats ~ Backyard Canopied with large oak trees; over 50 large trees on our property ~ Fire pit ready for making smores ~ By September 15th, we will have a small private cabin (1 bedroom/1 bath) also available Guest access ~ 200-ft circular drive way ~ Extra wide driveway ~ All exterior doors have keypad locks ~ No steps to the front door; However we do have a sunken living room with 2 steps down - please be careful. Other things to note We have a Managers (James and Trina) that live in the guesthouse next to the pool. They are there to care for our 10-acre property, to do the cleaning, and to care for the pool and landscaping. Please note that our "Pool Hours" are 8:00am to 11:00pm. We have a new Pickleball Court close to the main house, canopied by big trees - paddles and balls are not provided. Please don't let children skateboard or ride bikes on the court (this will damage the surface). We have a canoe and paddle boat available for rent ($50/stay). Contact Preston if you are interested.
