H O U S E R U L E S: ❗Shoes Off, Please – Help us maintain pristine rugs and carpets. ❗No Parties – Violations result in immediate evacuation with no refund. ❗NO Pets Allowed ❗No Smoking – Keep the air fresh for everyone. ❗Surveillance Cameras – Outdoor cameras are active; tampering results in eviction. ❗Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM CST daily. ❗ Guest is Required to sign a Renter Agreement ❗Security Hold of $300 is required and will be processed by the Host on the Guest's Credit Card. This is just a pre-authorization on the card and no funds will be captured unless there is damage or other rules broken during the stay. ❗ Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 21 Years of age, and Primary Renter must remain on site for the duration of the stay. ❗ Lost Items: Items returned to the office by housekeeping can be mailed upon request for a fee plus shipping. Requests must be made within 5 business days. Enjoy Canoe & Kayak Rentals on Site! Make the most of your stay with our self-serve, day-only watercraft rentals: → Single-person Kayaks – $40 each (5 available) → Canoes – $55 each (2 available) 📌 Rentals are available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and each boat comes with paddles and life vests (one per person required by law). Reservations are required, and all rentals are non-refundable. 📌 Guests must return boats, paddles, and life vests to the station by 8:00 PM and sign a waiver before use.
