First Class, Historic Home in Kerrytown
John W. Maynard constructed this center-entry side gabled brick house in 1844. Maynard street in Ann Arbor still bears their family's name as they were some of the early settlers of Ann Arbor. John and his brother William were also responsible for donating land they owned in order for Ann Arbor to win the bid as the future location of the University of Michigan. In the 179+ year life of this home it has served as student centers, a church, and the home to several of Ann Arbor's finest residents. Guest access All areas of the house are accessible to guests except any locked doors. Other things to note There is an additional $500 fee per stay if you choose to use the pool
