We invite you to enjoy your stay at our unique, gorgeous private, relaxing home in the Hollywood Hills and take a dip in the pool or spa that overlooks breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles, the mountains and the westside. This modern gorgeous villa with indoor/outdoor living has 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed & 2 queen beds & 2 baths & 2 sofa sleepers . Enjoy with your dream getaway where you can touch the stars. The space Our unique, private and sophisticated mid century home, built by a renowned architect, sits on a private cul-de-sac on the hills of Hollywood. With panoramic vistas and an iconic swimming pool, spa and expansive deck looking over the breathtaking views of the mountains, canyons and downtown skyline. Once inside you are taken away by the indoor/outdoor walls of glass that feature the incredible views of an impressionist painting from every vantage point. The great area includes terrazzo flooring with a fireplace and flat screen TV . The dining room has a large modern dining table that seats 8 . The kitchen has a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances -Viking refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave. The master suite has the same panoramic views of the city and mountains with a fireplace, king bed and Flat screen TV. The oversized master bathroom has a generous soaking tub, shower and vanity. The indoor/ outdoor sliders open the entire house up and take you out to the exquisite pool area with lounge chairs and seating to enjoy the California dream and maybe hear a little music coming from the canyons. For the safety of our guests we have 3 working security cameras located outside. 1- is facing the front gate away from the house towards the street, 2- is facing the driveway away from the house and towards the street and 3- is facing the side gate and fence away from the house towards the street. Guest access Complimentary Laundry service provided once weekly for those with long term stay. Housekeeping available at 250$ weekly. Pool heating available for $100/day. Pls let us know a week prior to your arrival if you'd like to use the pool heat. Other things to note Driveway accommodates two vehicles side by side. Also free street parking.
