St. Pete Beach is Golf Cart friendly, so you may rent one and use it throughout the entire barrier island, all the way down to clearwater beach! Our house is spacious and offers a Smart TV, and high speed internet. There are 2 Full Bathrooms each not attached to any bedrooms, each bathroom located on opposite sides of the home to accommodate 2 bedrooms on each side. The perfect dual Family set up! The washer and dryer free of charge for you to use during your stay. Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor living space and features outdoor furniture, barbecue grill and of course a beautiful heated pool. We have a big driveway which will fit 2 to 3 cars comfortably. Our home is baby & kid friendly home with a pack and play & a crib! We welcome you to enjoy our beautiful home! Guest access We try to stick to our preferred 4PM check-in time and 11 AM checkout, however, we are happy to work around your travel itinerary to make sure your trip is stressed free and easy from start to finish. If you require different times, simply send us a message and let us know. Upon arrival we will provide you with instructions on how to gain access to the keys. We encourage you to enjoy our home as if it was your own, so please get comfortable and ready for ultimate relaxation during your time in St. Pete Beach. You are provided everything you need for day-to-day living in a home from a stocked kitchen, bathing necessities, fresh bathroom towels, bedroom linens, and additional blankets. High-speed Internet and smart TV app access are provided, free laundry and a barbecue grill. The Dolphins Ranch is a short walk to nearby bars and restaurants. We are close proximity to Tampa international airport. Other things to note We do not allow parties of any kind. We do not allow loud music on the patio at any given time and no music at all after 10pm.
