The backyard has a brick patio with outdoor seating and lighting. Guests will have private access to the entire home and backyard, with exception of the detached garage. There is free street parking directly in front of the house as well as on E Cedar Ave. Laundry is located in the basement and is free to use. I am available via messaging. Let me know if you have any questions! West Wash Park is one of the best neighborhoods in Denver. It is very accessible and close to just about everything the city has to offer. Washington Park is one of our city's most beautiful parks and worth a visit. Interstate access is also close by for a quick drive to Red Rocks, Golden, the mountains, etc. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house and on the neighboring side street, if needed. Public transportation is also nearby. If you do not have a car, I recommend riding the train from the airport to Union Station and taking a 10 min Lyft to the house (that's usually cheaper than taking a Lyft straight from the airport). Or, you can take the Light Rail from Union Station to Alameda Station, or take the bus. THE LOCATION: This neighborhood is the best! All that Denver has to offer is within a short walk or Uber ride. You can easily walk over to the eclectic & funky South Broadway district, Old South Pearl Street, Historic South Gaylord, Baker, and Washington Park from the house. The upscale Cherry Creek Mall area is only 3 miles down the road. Capitol Hill is directly to the north. DU / University Park is to the south. The house is centrally located within the Denver Metro area. Most locations are within 25 minutes of our home; Empower Field, Coors Field, LoDo, & 16th Street Mall (7 min), Cherry Creek Mall (4 min), Denver Tech Center (20), Broomfield Event Center (25), Red Rocks (25). Denver International Airport is 30-45 mins depending on traffic, the city of Boulder is 30 mins away, Golden is 20 min, Colorado Springs 1 hr, and Breckenridge is 1.45 hrs. HOUSE RULES: Please follow the 4 house rules below as breaking them is grounds for eviction without refund - 1. NO SMOKING inside the house. If you smoke indoors you will be charged for additional cleaning and/or damages. Smoking is ok outside. 2. NO PARTIES. Parties/events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am each day out of respect for our neighbors. 3. NO PETS. Please rent a different property if you must travel with your pet. We strive to keep our home clean and allergy free for our guests. For this reason, pets are not allowed on the premises. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine. 4. The vintage fireplace is for decoration only and is not usable. Please do not open the metal grate or use the fireplace. SAFETY: While our neighborhood is very safe overall, it is still located in the middle of the city. Security cameras are provided for your added safety at the home exterior entrances (front door, garage) and they are not located anywhere inside the home. Guests also receive unique door codes for each visit and we do not re-use them. We do not send out new door codes until after the previous guest's checkout time.
