A spacious game room with pool and ping pong table and an 80 inch TV for your entertainment. Easy access to hiking and biking trails, fishing and a private boat ramp make it a great home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Could be a perfect place for family outing. The space This is lovely and quite house on Mississippi river. A great place to spend quiet time with family. This is also a great destination for your next luxurious retreat or celebratory occasion. House run with well water. This house also has water softener and water purifier system. Only registered guest allowed to be on the property. We don't allow any visitors without pre approval from the host. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, yard, game room and Swimming pool. The swimming pool will be closed from September 1st to May 31st. All guests can use the swimming pool at their own risk. The landlord will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the tenant and/or the tenant’s occupants or guests or landlord when using the swimming pool, and the tenant can not indemnify the landlord for any actions resulting from injuries to the tenant and/or tenant’s occupants or guests. Other things to note We try our best to provide a nice and clean Swimming pool at your arrival but some time due to unexpected circumstances this may not be possible and you may not be able to use this facility.
