Cozy cottage on Lake George awaits you for a fun and relaxing retreat. Sandy bottom frontage is excellent for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the sights & sounds the lake has to offer. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms + 1 bath and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Decks on 2 levels offer breathtaking views of the lake. After spending the day swimming, fishing, or enjoying the provided kayaks, unwind at the cottage with a bonfire or simply relax inside with Netflix or provided board games. The space Welcome to our lakefront paradise! We love spending time here, but during times we can't, we love to share our little slice of heaven with others. Whether you spend your days enjoying the lake, golfing and/or skiing at Snow Snake Resort, or riding the miles of ORV trails located nearby, you're sure enjoy your stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage, located along the shore of all sports Lake George. The lake offers excellent fishing, great swimming, and breathtaking views from the provided kayaks. Begin your days with a steaming cup of coffee while you take in views of the lake either from the large window or from one of the multiple decks the property offers. The lake is all sports, but wake is only allowed from 11:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m., so feel free to enjoy the slower pace prior to and after wake hours for things like fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. After enjoying the lake and outdoor amenities, feel free to cook dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or even your favorite BBQ on the provided gas grill. Afterwards, enjoy a cold beverage on one of the decks and close out your evening with a bonfire in the lower level fire pit. For the colder weather months or days when the weather isn't cooperating, the cottage comes equipped with high speed WiFi, plenty of board games and cards, and a smart TV on which you can use any of your personal streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc). Sleeping areas include: In bedroom 1, a queen bed, in bedroom 2, a bunk bed, in the living room there are 2 futon-style sleepers/couches. Additionally, there is a foldable floor cushion/mattress that can fold out into a queen size area for additional sleeping. Guest access - Whole house, yard, dock (in summer), driveway - shed(s), select cupboards, indoor wood stove, and boat/boat lift unavailable for guest use - 2 kayaks & dock available from mid/late April through early October - cottage does not offer laundry, but does come stocked with towels & linens. Should the need for laundry services arise, there is a coin laundromat within 5 minutes of the cottage for your convenience. Other things to note Lake George is a 4-mile long all sports lake. The water depth at the end of the dock varies between 3-4 feet (depending on the lake levels, rain fall, etc). Snow Snake Ski & Golf within 10 minutes of cottage and offers a full 18 hole golf course and zip lining in the summer & skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the winter. Rocks & Valley's Off Road park is also located nearby for those ORV, ATV, 4X4 enthusiasts Britta water pitcher offered for use by guests Care should be taken when walking down the steps from the upper deck level to the water level as the steps are steep.
