The property was designed by the owners with two houses on one piece of land sharing a jungle-like backyard and a pool between the two houses. This listing is for the 3-bedroom house. Look under our other listings if you would like to book both 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom houses together to sleep 11 guests The house is 200m from the beach located in Hacienda Iguana allowing you access to 9 hole golf course and our surf breaks PLEASE NOTICE: Electric bill will be covered by guests with monthly rates The space This 3-bedroom house is uniquely built with the option of being booked separately to sleep up to 6 people or being booked together with the second house to sleep up to 11 people. Both houses have sliding doors opening up into the backyard with a pool, beautiful outdoor shower, chase loungers and rocking chairs. The house has a king size bed in the master with an en-suite shower and 2 twin beds in each of the guest bedrooms. There is a shared bathroom between these two bedrooms. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, stove and oven, microwave, blender, drip coffee-maker, toaster, variety of pots and pans as well as other kitchen utensils. We include big 5-gallon bottles of drinking water, salt, pepper, vegetable oil and coffee filters in the kitchen. Laundry room is not available for use but our maid would be happy to do all the laundry for you, so you can just concentrate on enjoy. Other things to note Hacienda Iguana is a growing community and there is a lot of construction going on in the area. Currently, there are no houses building built next door, but if you are concerned about his possibility, please check with us before booking and we can give you the most up-to-date information on construction in the area. The house is on a triangle-shaped lot, so there are two roads on the side of it. This shouldn’t affect you much as the backyard and the pool have a green privacy wall that is growing bigger every month. As mentioned, there are two houses on one property. If you are booking only one of the houses, please be aware that there is a possibility there will be other guests in the second house who will be sharing the pool area. Electricity in Nicaragua can go out. The house has a back-up generator, which starts-up automatically when the power goes out and runs on gas. This means you will be able to have all appliances running in the house, light and fans. It does not power the AC units. The electricity outage can also affect water pressure and hot water heater. By installing a generator we have tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible even in the case of electricity outage, so please be patient - the power always comes back! Your pets are welcome to come with you, we just charge $30 pet cleanign fee. We provide beach towels for use around the pool and to take with you to the beach. They are the ones with colours. Please check you have the correct amount of towels per the number of guests when you arrive and take care to not loose them. We will have to ask for a fee of $25/towel if they are missing on your departure.
