Covered patio with lounging and eating space as well as outdoor shower. Flat yard to fire pit and boathouse with tea lights strung to enjoy the property day or night, rain or shine. Boathouse: Double boathouse with second slip covered so there is shaded/covered and open air space on the boathouse as well as plenty of seating. There are cleats to tie your personal boat up if you would like to bring! Wifi and TV on boathouse so once you are there, you truly never have to leave! For your enjoyment there are 2 kayaks, a paddle board and foam island to play on. Or just sit back and take in the view and quiet.
