Comfortable Living Area: The living space is designed for relaxation with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, login to your favourite streaming services for a cozy night of Netflix, Disney, and other streaming services Well-Appointed Bedrooms: The bedroom(s) offer a restful retreat with comfortable bedding, ample storage, and a calming decor. Overall, a comfortable condo in downtown Regina combines modern convenience with cozy living, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay in the city. Guest access To the right of the exterior doors is a keypad. Provide your visitor the entry code 91867 to open the exterior doors. Once in the vestibule, find the buzz panel, dial your suite number from the keypad, answer the phone and verify your guest. Press '6' on your phone to unlock the front doors. Other things to note Please note the Rooftop Terrace and Hottub are temporarily closed for maintenance. An early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability at a rate of $25 per hour. We kindly ask you to arrange in advance of your check-in to allow us to make the necessary scheduling accommodations. For extensions exceeding three hours, we recommend booking an additional night, if available. Our housekeeping staff needs adequate time to prepare and thoroughly clean the suite for both your stay and the next guest’s. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Our cleaners will arrive promptly after this time, and the suite must be fully vacated without prior arrangement or you will be charged a $75 unplanned late check-out fee.
